My friend had told me that a stray kitten had been hanging around her house for ages. She had asked around to see if she could find an owner, but had no luck. Me being a cat lover wanted to see the cat. So I went to my friends and we sat on her front step, waiting to see if the cat was around. Sure enough it came out. I called her to my knee and she fell straight asleep. I fell in love with her.
