I Got Tiernan from the Local Pound. He was about 10 months old. Very timid due to the fact that he had been serverly abused by someone unknown. He was picked up by the ranger wandering the worst suburb in town. I even had the rangers try to talk me out of him due to him being very timid. I got him anyway. I then started training him in obedience and agility. When the dog club introduced a new class which was class 5 (trialing level) he was the first dog to pass the test. I put him in his first trial after only 6 months and he loved every minute of it. In August 2008 we traveled to Melbourne vic, to attend the agility nationals in the novice category. We got two qualifications and our first title. Our best was getting 8th place out of about 70 dogs. We are still training hard and are getting ready for the start of the trialing season, love my clever boy and there is no way now days that you would know where he came from. Many people are very surprised when i tell them, and i have even had people want to buy him from me, lol.
