Qui suis-je ?

Kora, a sensitive young dog who dreams of staying with her sister

Its identity

Kora is an adorable young Breton and Setter cross dog, born on June 19, 2025. It weighs about 11 kg and measures 39 cm at the withers and 45 cm in length. She is vaccinated and in good health. Still very young, she is waiting for a family that will give her the time, gentleness and security she needs to flourish.

Its history

Kora and her sister Cari were rescued from the municipal perrera after being abandoned. Since their birth, they have never been separated and share an exceptional bond.

At the shelter, they live in the same kennel and are constantly looking for each other. They reassure each other and face this new chapter of their lives together, hoping that a family will finally open its doors to them.

His character

Kora is a gentle, calm and very sensitive young dog. Naturally shy, she willingly approaches people, but still retains a certain apprehension, as if she feared being hurt.

Every day, she makes small progress. When she is on a leash, she moves slowly and gradually gains confidence in her surroundings. With patience, kindness and a reassuring environment, she will continue to evolve and reveal all the tenderness she carries within her.

Very submissive with other dogs, Kora is very delicate. She is a peaceful dog who never seeks conflict.

His sister Cari is now his main landmark. Where Cari goes, Kora follows her. His presence reassures her and gives her the courage to face new situations.

His agreements

Kora gets along perfectly with all dogs and enjoys their company.

It is compatible with respectful children.

Its compatibility with cats has not yet been tested.

Her greatest wish would be to be able to be adopted with Cari. Their bond is so strong that it would be wonderful to allow them to continue their lives together.

His daily life

Kora travels very well in the car and gradually learns to walk on a leash. Each walk is a new step that allows him to gain a little more confidence.

She'll need a quiet home, regular walks, and a family willing to move at her own pace, without ever rushing her.

The ideal family

Kora is looking for a gentle, patient and caring family, capable of understanding that a shy dog simply needs time to offer all his trust.

An adoption with her sister Cari would be the best gift you can give them. Together, they reassure each other, encourage each other and face the world with much more serenity.

After experiencing abandonment, Kora finally deserves a life filled with security, tenderness and love. She is just waiting for a family that will allow her, with Cari if possible, to write the most beautiful chapter of her story.

✔️Suitable with both male and female dogs

✔️Walking on a leash/ car

✔️suitable with children

❓ A test can be done by the shelter if we receive an adoption request

She will be placed sterilized, vaccinated, identified and dewormed. Tests for Mediterranean diseases are negative but the test for leishmaniasis will be redone in the event of an adoption request and will then have to be redone once a year, as the disease is endemic in Spain and can take several years to be detectable.
