Blanca, a sweet young dog who is finally waiting for her chance

Its identity

Blanca is a young crossbreed dog born in December 2025. It weighs about 25 kg and measures 55 cm at the withers. She is sterilized, vaccinated (multivalent vaccines and rabies) and negative for leishmaniasis. Her only health concern is a recently diagnosed ehrlichiosis, for which she is currently undergoing treatment. This disease can be treated and its condition is taken care of.

Its history

Blanca grew up without the safety of a home. Abandoned when she was still a puppy, she had to learn to survive on her own before finally being taken to safety.

Today, she is safe at the shelter, but she dreams of discovering what she never really knew: a family, a home, and people who will love her for life.

His character

Blanca is a very sweet and sensitive dog. Naturally shy when meeting new people or discovering a new environment, she never shows the slightest aggressiveness.

Calm, discreet and deeply kind, she observes before trusting. With a little patience and kindness, she gradually opens up and reveals an affectionate dog who just wants to feel safe.

Her gentleness makes her a particularly touching companion.

His agreements

Blanca gets along very well with dogs, both males and females, and will be able to live with another well-balanced companion.

She is also kind to respectful children.

Its compatibility with cats as well as farm animals has not yet been tested.

His daily life

Blanca travels well by car and gradually discovers walking on a leash. She will still need to learn, but with patience, encouragement and a positive education, she will quickly gain confidence.

She will be able to live in both houses and apartments, provided she benefits from regular walks, a reassuring routine and a quiet environment.

The ideal family

Blanca is looking for a gentle, patient and caring family, ready to give her time to gain confidence at her own pace.

Having a well-balanced dog could help him gain confidence, but it doesn't have to be.

After spending her first months of life in abandonment, Blanca finally deserves to discover the warmth of a home. With a little time and a lot of love, she will become a faithful, tender and deeply grateful companion, who will offer her family all the trust she has learned to build.

She will be placed sterilized, vaccinated, identified and dewormed. Tests for Mediterranean diseases are negative but the test for leishmaniasis will be redone in the event of an adoption request and will then have to be redone once a year, as the disease is endemic in Spain and can take several years to be detectable.
